Job summary

Community Partners in Action is seeking a Supervising Intervention Specialist for the Hartford Alternative in the Community (HAIC) program in Hartford, CT. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years CBT group facilitation experience.
• Experience administering assessments and/or performing case management.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of criminal justice and court systems; ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, belonging and elimination of bias.
• Provide ongoing leadership and supervision for direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and monthly supervision with ISLs.
• Input data into the CDCS and maintain records.
