Job summary

APHSA is recruiting for an Interstate Program Coordinator to support the AAICPC’s work, with emphasis on coordination, administration, and partner engagement. This role reports to the Director of Interstate Affairs and Compact Operations and operates within a hybrid Arlington, VA environment.

The ideal candidate will manage project details, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and travel up to 20% as required. A proactive, collaborative professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Up to two years of relevant coordination/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project and administrative activities, including scheduling meetings and tracking deliverables.
• Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and official forms.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, webinars, conferences, and events.
• Maintain databases, contact lists, and shared files for accurate information.
• Monitor communications and respond to inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Assist in development and distribution of member communications and notices.
• Support maintenance of AAICPC resources and training materials.
• Assist with data collection, surveys, evaluations, and reporting for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, jurisdictions, and partners to support implementation.
