Community Resources for Independence (CRI) in Lewisburg, PA is seeking an experienced IDD Program Specialist to oversee services for participants in the Lewisburg and Wellsboro regions. The role includes monitoring, reporting, staff training, and ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting quality services.

The position is office-based with hybrid work-from-home options; requires regular travel to service areas, coordination with care planning teams, and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in IDD or human services is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Intake and enrollment of new participants.
• Monitor participant services and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Review participant logs and progress toward ISP goals.
• Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports for each IDD participant.
• Participate in on-call rotation and outreach with community partners.
