Job summary

ICF seeks an Associate Program Specialist to support day-to-day tasks for multiple electric vehicle infrastructure programs in the Mid-Atlantic. Hybrid work with travel to Columbia, MD or Reston, VA. You will help with reports, stakeholder support, data analyses and program improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, plus 1+ months in energy or sustainability work. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint/PowerBI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or substitution with related experience.
• 1+ months of energy, environmental, or sustainability work.

Responsibilities

• Support management of multiple EV infrastructure and load management programs.
• Coordinate with groups to align outreach, IT, marketing, and operations.
• Maintain program data, incentives, and customer segments.
• Prepare weekly updates and various financial and status reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to ensure data delivery requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and resolve data quality issues.
