Qualifications

• Must hold Kansas teaching license with adaptive endorsement.
• Master's in Special Education or enrolled in program with waiver on file.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Participates on pre-assessment teams and attends IEP meetings.
• Plans and communicates daily expectations aligned to IEP goals.
• Maintains student data and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Adapts content and reading levels to meet individual student needs.
• Manages classroom behavior and fosters academic/social skills.
