Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus five years.
• Certification from a recognized medical interpreter program.
• Solid knowledge of medical interpretation and translation services.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Department of Interpreter Services.
• Supervises medical interpreters and department coordinators.
• Tracks program metrics and updates leadership regularly.
