Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, public administration, economic development, higher education, or related field.
• Three years of professional experience in employer relations, recruiting, workforce development, internship programs, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with employers, alumni, students, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop internship pipelines and opportunities for CBE students.
• Collaborate with employers, alumni, advisory board members, and community partners to expand internships.
• Coordinate with WWU Career Center and Undergraduate Career Services Manager to prepare students for internships.
• Provide internship reporting and strategic support to advance CBE internship goals.
