Job summary

WWU College of Business and Economics seeks an Undergraduate Career Services Manager to provide professional career development services for undergraduates and to coordinate career programs in alignment with AACSB accreditation expectations.

You will work with students, faculty, alumni, employers, and campus partners to support career readiness, internships, and post-graduate outcomes. This is an on-site, campus-based role in Bellingham, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Student Affairs, Counseling, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Three years of professional experience in career services or related field.
• Ability to advise, coach, and support students.
• Strong relationships with students, employers, alumni, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, deliver career programs and events for undergraduates.
• Provide career advising to students individually and in groups.
• Develop partnerships with WWU internal units and external communities for opportunities.
• Track outcomes and prepare reports to support program effectiveness.
