Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama is offering a paid supply chain internship.

The role supports the Vice President of Logistics and helps organize workshops and onboarding for new hires. You will manage the Supply Chain Social Intranet, contribute to Positive Team Culture initiatives, and prepare top‑level KPI reports. Applicants must be enrolled at a university or in a gap year, study outside the USA, and can commit at least six months; preferred start February 2027; visa costs

Qualifications

• Enrollment in university or gap year required.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint skills preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Support the Executive Office of the Vice President of Logistics
• Organize management workshops
• Support with Supply Chain orientation and onboarding
• Manage the Supply Chain Social Intranet page
• Support with the implementation of Positive Team Culture Initiatives in Supply Chain

Other Regular Daily Tasks

• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings
• Collect and report KPI data
• Create top-level management presentations
• Create and distribute meeting minutes

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

• Fluent in English and German (oral/written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint skills)
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Team-oriented
• Self-reliant
• Good organizational skills
• Logistics background a plus
• Mercedes experience a plus

Preferred Start Date:

• February 2027

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor'sand Master’s degree
• Studies outside of the U.S.A(we are not accepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)
• A minimum of 3semesters of studies in relevant field of study
• Available for a minimum of 6months
