We are looking for Specialists and Team Members to join us in crafting a wide variety of vehicles from the Mercedes‑Maybach GLS SUV to our all‑electric electric vehicle, the EQS SUV and EQE SUV. Our Tuscaloosa County site is home to the production of Mercedes’ luxury SUV models, including electric vehicles. Just down the road in Bibb County, MBUSI has launched the production of high‑performance lithium‑ion batteries. Our two campuses are among the most advanced automotive manufacturing facilities in the world, with over 6 million square feet combined.

Essential functions:
Support supplier industrialization activities during new vehicle launches
Monitor supplier readiness and milestone achievement throughout the development process
Assist with supplier performance tracking and KPI reporting
Participate in supplier risk assessments and follow‑up activities
Support preparation of management presentations and executive summaries
Support development and improvement of digital reporting and dashboard tools
Other regular daily tasks:
Update supplier readiness and project tracking reports
Prepare meeting minutes and action item follow‑up
Support Quality engineers on day to day tasks
Support data collection and reporting for management reviews
Participate in cross‑functional project meetings and workshops
Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineeringor in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
