Sonic Automotive, Inc. is hiring an Internet Sales Manager / Traffic Manager for North Point Volvo in Alpharetta.

The role focuses on 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance, in-store structure, and maintaining Sonic Brand KPI performance. You will work with dealership teammates and Brand Traffic Management Director to identify strengths and opportunities and boost overall traffic, sales, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze KPI performance and drive action plans.
• Proficient with CDK CRM (ElEad) and office software.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Traffic Management Playbook compliance and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Brand Traffic Management Director to improve traffic and sales.
• Lead and train dealership teammates; drive action plans for KPI targets.
• Conduct monthly traffic management audits and weekly meetings.
• Review website accuracy and quality (pricing, specials, photos).
• Establish growth plans and hold teams accountable for results.
