Job summary

EPC, Inc. is a leading IT asset disposition company seeking dedicated team members to support customers and help prepare equipment for sale.

This role involves handling shipments, listing gear on eBay, and assisting with remarketing efforts in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient writing and verbal communication.
• Familiar with selling on online marketplaces (eBay).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email and in person.
• Pull and package equipment for shipment.
• Prepare IT equipment for sale on eBay and remarket it.
• List equipment online using Everest, Iinvision and Sixbit.
• Keep storage locations organized and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Brief Summary of Duties:

• Assisting customers through email and in person
• Assist in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment
• Prepare IT type Equipment to be listed for sale on eBay
• Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment
• Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online
• Keeping the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized
• Other duties as assigned by department supervisor

Experience and/or Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
• Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

• A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field
• Background working with PC type equipment
• Previous employment in computer related job
• Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value
