Job summary

Executive-Personal-Computers, Inc. is hiring for an on-site position in St. Charles, MO. The role involves assisting customers by email and in person, preparing IT equipment for sale, and packaging items for shipment. You will use Everest, Invision, and Sixbit to list and remarket equipment and maintain organized storage areas.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong typing and communication skills, and familiarity with eBay listings. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Brief Summary of Duties:

• Assisting customers through email and in person
• Assist in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment
• Prepare IT type Equipment to be listed for sale on eBay
• Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment
• Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online
• Keeping the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized
• Other duties as assigned by department supervisor

Experience and/or Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
• Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

• A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field
• Background working with PC type equipment
• Previous employment in computer related job
• Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value
