EPC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Missouri to lead our warehouse team, ensure safe and efficient operations, and maintain precise inventory records. The role includes coaching staff, coordinating with refurbishment, and upholding company policies.

Brief Summary of Duties

• Supervise, coach, and mentor warehouse team members to support performance, safety, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, and established work expectations.
• Train and support new employees, monitor their progress, and provide guidance on job-related questions and responsibilities.
• Maintain and update employee records, as assigned, including timecards, attendance records, performance reviews, and temporary employee evaluations.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, location updates, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Refurbishment Supervisors to ensure product is available for repair operations as needed.
• Store and organize items in designated bins, shelves, or other locations; maintain accurate inventory locations and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Safely transport, load, and unload parts and materials using hand carts, mobile pallet jacks, forklifts, and other authorized equipment, as applicable. Follow established safety procedures and equipment operating requirements.
• Perform and support warehouse operations across applicable work areas as assigned based on business needs.

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related operations
• Ability to complete forklift certification process
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use internal software systems.
• Basic math skills to count and verify IT equipment accurately.
• Ability to use handheld devices, barcode scanners, and internal inventory systems to locate, track, and retrieve items.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
