Qualifications

• Two years of Automotive Internet Management or Automotive Sales Management experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Reach monthly/annual sales and gross goals for internet and phone sales.
• Train and motivate Sales Consultants on internet/phone leads and close ratio.
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting internet sales.
• Consult with Sales Management to ensure proper staffing to respond to internet leads.
• Enter leads into CRM and ensure timely contact.
• Run and analyze internet lead reports; track results.
• Coach staff through calls and outcomes; monitor performance.
• Maintain logs and follow-up processes for internet sales activities.
• Develop bonus programs with management and assist closing deals.
