Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of Automotive Internet Management or Automotive Sales Management.

Responsibilities

• Strives to reach goals and objectives for sales and gross for internet and phone sales on a monthly and annual basis.
• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of Sales Consultants in responding to and selling Internet and Phone Leads to maintain a high closing ratio.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations affecting internet sales.
• Consults with Sales Management to ensure proper staffing to respond to Internet and Phone Leads.
• Downloads customer lists into the CRM and ensures leads are contacted appropriately.
• Runs internet and phone lead reports and tracks results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
