Mac Haik Ford in Desoto, Texas is seeking an Internet Manager to own online leads, elevate the dealership's digital presence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first click to final sale. We currently average 600 - 800 leads per month.

The role requires 3-5+ years in automotive BDC or internet sales, and management experience is preferred. You will manage leads, set appointments, and drive conversions in a high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all incoming internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chats
• Respond quickly and professionally to customers across all digital platforms
• Build rapport, schedule appointments, and guide customers through the buying process
• Track lead performance, follow-up processes, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth handoffs and high close rates
• Maintain a strong online reputation through review management and customer follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership CRM systems
• Previous management experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Speed to Lead (Critical), Appointment setting and show rates, and turning digital traffic into real deals is a MUST.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and driven to hit goals
• Customer-first mindset with a professional, friendly approach
