Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership CRM systems.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Speed to Lead, appointment setting and show rates, and turning digital traffic into real deals is a MUST.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to hit goals.
• Customer-first mindset with a professional, friendly approach.

Responsibilities
