Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Internet Sales Consultant to join our BMW Lancaster team in person. You will engage customers on inventory, features, and pricing, guiding them to a showroom visit. A competitive salary plus commission rewards performance and offers growth within a family-owned dealer group.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with 1–2 Saturdays per month; 40–42 hours weekly. Prior automotive experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in retail or internet sales is preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers visiting the dealership website to answer questions on inventory, product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Follow up with leads and customers to drive showroom visits and close deals.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and inventory to guide customers effectively.
