Key Responsibilities

• Digital Lead Management: Respond to online inquiries via website forms, email, and live chat within target response times.
• Lead Cultivation: Execute phone/text/email/chat outreach to answer product questions and secure showroom appointments.
• In-Person Consultation: Meet pre-scheduled digital buyers at the dealership to facilitate vehicle viewings and test drives.
• CRM Tracking (Customer Retention Management): Log all customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal progression details inside the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
