Qualifications

• Previous BDC experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience.
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
