Job summary

Sands Kia is expanding its Internet Sales team in Surprise, AZ. We are looking for motivated individuals to help customers select vehicles, demonstrate features, and convert interest into sales. The role emphasizes product knowledge, relationship-building, and follow-up to generate referrals.

The successful candidate will have auto sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record with a valid license. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

• Build relationships and create customers for life by helping them select a vehicle.
• Be the vehicle expert: know offerings, packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
• Bring your positive attitude with you every day.
