Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor in Sharon, MA. The role focuses on responding to online inquiries, guiding customers through the buying process, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will build relationships, answer leads, and schedule appointments while promoting the Asbury selling process. Eligible candidates should have prior automotive sales or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries online and via email using the Asbury selling process
• Guide in-store customers through the initial buying process to sale closure
• Build rapport with customers to develop a referral base
• Answer internet leads and phone inquiries with timely product information and pricing
• Schedule and confirm appointments; follow up post-sale for repeat business
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers

Compensation: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 annually.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, ect.

The Sales Consultant's primary role in the dealership is to respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle advertised on-lineutilizing phone and email methods. The Sale Consultant works with customers who visit the store directly taking them through the initialbuying process through to the final sale.

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asburyselling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers
• Confirm appointments
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk arounds with customer
• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Must have motivation to be successful
• Exhibitgreat customer service skills
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Experience utilizing and maintaininga customer relations management database
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business developmentexperience a plus
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance

• Self-motivated and a team player
• Must be a minimumof eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
