Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to convert online inquiries into appointments and sales at one of our dealerships.

You will handle all incoming sales calls and internet leads, maintain accurate customer records, and support online customers by building rapport, answering questions and guiding them to the right vehicle. This role offers weekly pay, uncapped earning potential, a 401K with company match and robust health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication.
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email.
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
