Ed Morse Automotive Group in Missouri is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. You will consult with customers to find the right vehicle, prospect buyers, and hit sales targets while handling follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, 401K with company match, extensive health benefits, and ongoing training. A minimum of 1 year automotive sales experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to find a vehicle fitting their wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of developments.
• Gain knowledge of the product line.
• Attend manufacturer and Ed Morse training.
• Complete all sales-related paperwork accurately.
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Valid Driver's license
