Williams Auto Group is seeking a motivated Internet Salesperson Consultant to join our automotive sales team. You will handle online inquiries, phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to multitask in a busy Dealership environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• State Sales License preferred or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet and phone sales inquiries.
• Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing and availability.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain customer follow-up and CRM database activity.
• Work closely with the Sales team and management to meet goals.
• Stay current on automotive products, promotions and financing options.
• Support dealership marketing and online lead generation efforts.
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the Car Sales process.
