Your Talent Team in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its International Trade Practice Group. The role focuses on advising clients on complex international trade and regulatory matters, including sanctions, export controls, and antidumping/CVD proceedings.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a DC bar in good standing. Hybrid work arrangement available with large law firm experience preferred and strong research, writing, and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive international trade experience.
• Experience counseling clients on U.S. international trade regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on international trade and regulatory compliance matters.
• Counsel on U.S. trade remedy laws including AD/CVD proceedings.
• Represent clients before government agencies and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
• Provide strategic guidance on U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, and cross-border regulations.
• Develop compliance programs for international trade regulations.
