Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an International Tax Manager to serve as a firmwide resource for delivering international tax services and growing the practice. You will mentor staff, conduct in-depth research, and manage cross-border tax matters for diverse clients across the United States.

The role emphasizes tax research, client advisory, and leadership within a collaborative culture, with a compensation range aligned to market and geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; Master’s Degree, JD or LLM in Taxation preferred.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD/LLM required.
• 4+ years of experience in tax with 2+ years in international tax.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong federal tax background with closely-held businesses.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver international tax planning and compliance services to clients.
• Mentor and develop the international tax team.
• Conduct research to expand knowledge of international tax issues.
• Manage client relationships and billing for accounting services.
• Participate in training and industry events.
