Eide Bailly is hiring an International Tax Senior Associate to serve clients on international tax planning and compliance. This role involves preparing and reviewing complex returns, modeling projects, and researching tax issues. Strong communication and deadline management are essential.

The position supports remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements in the United States, with compensation aligned to experience and geography. CPA/EA preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in tax compliance; public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA license or EA license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients on international tax planning and compliance.
• Prepare or review international components of complex tax returns.
• Assist in building awareness of international tax issues and opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Perform international tax modeling projects for clients, including building organization charts and deliverables.
• Perform research and memo writing on international tax issues.
• Communicate with clients, the IRS and other professionals as needed.
• Coordinate activities to meet client deadlines.
• Assist with training and mentoring in the international tax department.
• Support the managers with project onboarding, management and billing.
• Understand and apply work procedures and tailor plans; stay aware of international tax trends.
