Job summary

Eide Bailly LLP seeks an International Tax Manager to serve as a firmwide resource delivering international tax services and helping grow the practice. You will mentor staff, research complex tax issues, and develop tailored service offerings for clients in a dynamic team environment.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s growth through high-quality technical work and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Active CPA/EA or JD/LLM in Taxation required.
• 4+ years of tax experience with 2+ years in international tax.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong federal tax background for closely-held businesses.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver international tax planning and compliance for clients.
• Mentor and develop talent within the international tax team.
• Conduct in-depth research on international tax matters.
• Manage client relationships and billing for services.
• Support growth of the international tax practice.
• Present training and participate in industry activities.
