Job summary

CLA seeks an experienced International Tax Services Manager/Director to lead complex cross-border tax matters, drive client advisory initiatives, and mentor professionals across the firm. This leadership role offers flexibility and may be based in any CLA office location nationwide.

Ideal candidates will have deep technical knowledge of international tax, strong client service skills, and a track record of building cross-border tax solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant international tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).

Responsibilities

• Consult on a wide range of international business challenges.
• Research client international tax issues and apply solutions (foreign tax credit, M&A, repatriation, treaty analysis, export incentives).
• Prepare and review US international components of complex returns.
• Maintain current knowledge of foreign and US tax laws.
• Excel at engagement management and operational excellence.
• Mentor Associate and Senior ITS members.
