CLA is recruiting an experienced International Tax Services Manager/Director to lead the ITS practice. This role advises clients on cross-border tax matters, mentors staff, and supports business development. Flexible base options across CLA offices nationwide are available.

The position requires 6+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and CPA (EA/JD may be accepted). Deep knowledge of international and US tax law is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)
• Deep technical knowledge of international tax, foreign and US tax law

Responsabilités

• Advises on international tax matters and cross-border transactions
• Researches client international tax issues and applies solutions
• Prepares and reviews US international components of complex tax returns
• Maintains current knowledge of foreign and US tax laws
• Excels at engagement management and operational excellence
• Mentor and escalation point for Associate and Senior ITS members
