CLA is seeking an experienced International Tax Services Manager/Director to join our ITS practice. You will advise clients on complex cross-border tax matters, drive business development, and mentor professionals across the firm.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)
• Deep technical knowledge of international tax, foreign and US tax law

Responsibilities

• Advise on cross-border tax issues and international structures.
• Drive business development initiatives.
• Mentor Associates and Senior ITS staff.
• Lead engagement management and operational excellence.
• Prepare and review US international components of tax returns.
• Maintain current knowledge of foreign and US tax laws
