Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced International Tax Services Manager/Director to join our ITS practice. This leadership role advises clients on complex international tax matters, drives business development, and mentors high-performing professionals across the firm.

For the right candidate, the position may be based in any CLA office location nationwide. Ideal candidate has 6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and CPA certification (EA or JD may be accepted).

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification).
• Deep technical knowledge of international tax, foreign and US tax law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex international tax matters and cross-border transactions.
• Drive business development initiatives across the ITS practice.
• Mentor Associate and Senior International Tax Service members and ensure engagement quality.
