Job summary

Pure Ground Ingredients, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Coordinator to support growing international ingredient sourcing.

You will coordinate demand planning, purchasing, inventory replenishment, and supplier relationships, handling multiple suppliers and international shipments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience importing food ingredients, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and import logistics.
• Purchasing or sourcing experience with spices, herbs, botanicals, or food ingredients is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• ERP experience (Odoo) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning and time-phased material availability reviews with sales, planning, and operations teams.
• Monitor inventory positions, stock levels, and replenishment to support demand and production.
• Coordinate purchasing of spices, herbs, botanicals, and other ingredients from domestic and international suppliers.
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations; negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Generate and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system; manage PO lifecycle.
