Job summary

MANE in Merry Hill, NC seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and MRO purchasing for the Ingredients division. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure supply meets customer needs and drive continuous improvements in processes and inventory control.

The role requires SAP experience, strong communication, and a results-driven approach within a dynamic, family-owned global business known for innovation in Flavor, Fragrance, and Ingredients.

Qualifications

• Five+ years supply chain experience.
• Purchasing experience preferable.
• Experience in transportation scheduling (in and out bound).
• SAP experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Planning, Logistics, Warehouse & MRO buying.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Production and Purchasing to meet customer needs.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze and manage inventory to achieve optimal levels.
• Manage warehouse functions including receiving, shipping and organizing warehouses.
• Translate customer forecasts as part of the S&OP process with Demand Planning, Finance & Purchasing.
• Identify new supply sources for indirect purchases per procedures.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors/distributors.
• Adopt KPIs to measure supply chain success.
• Support environmental policy implementation and training.
