• Experience with large datasets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.

• Design and enhance performance measurement approaches (KPIs, scoring, reporting).
• Analyze performance trends and business drivers to inform priorities.
• Develop executive-ready presentations translating complex issues into actions.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving and data/reporting improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Tech, and market leaders.
• Own execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the International framework.
