Job summary

Serco is seeking an International Security Specialist - Mid to support the DoD and F-35 JPO in Arlington, VA. You will coordinate, manage security docs, track actions, and engage stakeholders in a secure environment. Requirements include U.S.

citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in international security or DoD security functions, and the ability to obtain Secret and Top Secret clearances (SAP eligibility preferred). On-site work with up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in international security or DoD security functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and Top Secret clearance; SAP eligibility preferred.
• TS/SCI clearance preferred and utilized within the last two years.
• Experience with secure document management and process improvements.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• On-site work in Arlington, VA with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support international security activities, documentation, coordination, and action tracking.
• Prepare and maintain security records, correspondence, briefings, reports, and status updates.
• Coordinate with government, contractor, Serco, and international stakeholders to support mission execution.
• Track security actions, suspense items, meetings, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Review security materials for completeness and compliance with customer direction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to security documentation.
• Maintain administrative and document management activities within a secure environment.
• Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and briefing materials.
