Job summary

Serco is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist in Arlington, VA to support DoD/F-35 JPO security operations. You will manage security documentation, records, and trackers while coordinating with government and contractor teams to ensure compliance and timely completion of security actions.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, potential TS/SCI eligibility, and extensive experience in secure facilities and classified programs. On-site work Monday–Friday with travel up to 10% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support industrial security activities, including security documentation, records management, compliance tracking, and coordination efforts.
• Maintain security files, visit records, access authorization documentation, and program security trackers.
• Coordinate with government and contractor personnel to support the timely completion of industrial security requirements and actions.
• Support reviews of security processes, documentation, and deliverables to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Assist with meeting coordination, action item tracking, status reporting, and recurring security data calls.
• Help identify documentation gaps, process risks, and opportunities to improve industrial security support processes.
• Support administrative processes and document management within a secure facility environment.
• Prepare reports, briefings, status updates, and tracking spreadsheets to support leadership and program requirements.
• Safeguard classified and sensitive information in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the successful execution of security operations supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.
