Job summary

Serco is seeking a Security Specialist - General (Mid) to support the DoD and F-35 JPO, handling documentation management, compliance, and security-related administration. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and collaboration across government and contractor teams.

You will coordinate security actions, review documentation for accuracy, and help improve security workflows in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Arlington, VA with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DoD security functions (program, facility, personnel, or administrative security).

Responsibilities

• Support general security activities, including documentation, records management, compliance tracking, and coordination.
• Assist with maintaining security files, rosters, trackers, correspondence, and related program documentation.
• Coordinate with government, Serco, and contractor personnel to support timely completion of security actions.
• Support meetings, briefings, data calls, reports, and action items tracking associated with security program activities.
• Review security-related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Help identify process gaps and support improvements to security workflows and customer support processes.
