Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an International Registered Nurse -- RN to participate in a structured orientation program before beginning direct patient care. You will observe care planning, delegation, and staff supervision to ensure policy-compliant delivery of care.

The role requires RN licensure in a U.S. state or endorsement in process, current BLS/CPR certification, and strong English communication for patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be licensed by a U.S. State Board of Nursing or have endorsement in progress.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English for safety and coordination of care.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured orientation and training before direct patient care.
• View and implement patient care.
• Observe care planning and delegation of care to staff.
• Monitor staff supervision to ensure tasks are performed per policy.
• Evaluate and adjust the plan of care to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations.
