About The Job:
  • Coordinate international educational programs, including resident courses, guest lectures, licensing programs, and virtual events
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to develop agendas, recruit speakers, and manage educational content
  • Handle program logistics, including international travel, visa coordination, budgets, expense reconciliation, and communications
  • Support international society partnerships and annual meeting activities
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and project goals are met
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of program coordination, education programs, or association experience
  • Experience coordinating international travel and event logistics

  • Experience with budget tracking and expense reconciliation
  • Medical education or association experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other language) a plus
