Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Global Education Programs Coordinator to manage development and execution of international educational activities, resident courses, and virtual programming for a leading non-profit professional association. Based in Linthicum, MD, you will collaborate with global subject matter experts and leadership to build high-impact learning experiences.

The role requires 3 years of experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in education programs or coordinating similar initiatives.
• High School diploma required; higher education preferred but not required.
• Experience coordinating international or virtual learning activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: Coordinate in-person and virtual educational courses, licensing programs, and guest lecture initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Content & Speaker Management: Partner with subject matter experts to build agendas, recruit speakers, and organize course materials.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare program budgets, track expenses, reconcile accounts, and support annual financial reviews.
• Event & Project Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for international partner programs, VIP events, and global guest initiatives at annual conferences.
• Accreditation Support: Ensure educational activities align with professional continuing education standards and maintain program documentation

About the Opportunity

Salary & Work Details

• work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
