Qualifications

• Experience with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international educational programs including resident courses, guest lectures, licensing programs, and virtual events.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to develop agendas, recruit speakers, and manage educational content.
• Handle program logistics including international travel, visa coordination, budgets, expense reconciliation, and communications.
• Support international society partnerships and annual meeting activities.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
