The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an International Programs Coordinator to support employee housing for J-1 participants and residents. You will coordinate arrivals, housing setup, and move-ins while ensuring compliance with housing rules and safety policies.
Role involves coordinating with security and maintenance, handling inquiries, and guiding residents through daily needs and emergency situations. Requires weekend/evening availability and basic IT skills.
The Summit at Snoqualmie is the Pacific Northwest's premier multi mountain ski resort, located 47 miles east of Seattle at Snoqualmie Pass. The property spans five base areas and 20 chairlifts across Summit West, Summit Central, Summit East, and Alpental within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Additional skills in basic building maintenance, construction and/or plumbing considered a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. This includes moving furniture, setting up of housing operation, snow removal, maintenance duties and repairs, and keeping the office and housing neat, clean, and organized.
The International Progreams Coordinator is primarily an indoor clerical position, but there are times when the individual will be required to work outside in the winter elements and travel between base locations.
