The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support for HR processes, onboarding, employee records, and communications. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient operations and accurate documentation at Snoqualmie Pass.
Responsibilities include benefits and onboarding coordination, file maintenance, reporting, and assisting with staff events. A High School Diploma is required, with a preference for 1–2 years of related experience.
The Summit at Snoqualmie is the Pacific Northwest's premier multi mountain ski resort, located 47 miles east of Seattle at Snoqualmie Pass. The property spans five base areas and 20 chairlifts across Summit West, Summit Central, Summit East, and Alpental within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. A four-season operating model includes a mountain bike park and one of the most accessible ski destinations in North America.

The HR Administrator provides administrative support for various Human Resources processes and programs. This position works closely with the HR Team to support day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, onboarding and orientation, employee records, uniforms, and employee communications. The HR Administrator helps ensure assigned tasks and administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. Not required but recommended bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree or 1-2 years experience.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This is essentially an indoor clerical position. There are times the HR Specialist will be required to move between base areas or work off-site.
