Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or onboarding.
• Experience with international onboarding and due diligence.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and ownership documentation.
• Experience reviewing corporate accounts and ownership structures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new international client accounts, including various ownership structures.
• Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Process updates and maintenance requests for existing international accounts.
• Coordinate with AML/KYC, Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams to resolve issues.
• Review international corporate structures and beneficial ownership information.
• Support branch personnel with international account opening requirements and documentation.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies or documentation exceptions.
• Monitor reports related to new and existing international accounts; respond to inquiries with timely support.
• Maintain accurate account records per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
