Job summary

Bci in Miami, FL is seeking a Documentation Analyst to conduct onboarding reviews and ensure regulatory compliance for new and existing customers. You will handle account maintenance, CDD updates, and logs to support audits, while ensuring adherence to US laws and internal procedures.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• FIBA AML certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of BSA/AML analyst experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all US regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyze account opening documentation within SLAs.
• Approve acceptance of relationships; exceptions require independent review.
• Account maintenance: review changes to company structure and validate against legal documents.
• CDD updates for low, moderate and high risk accounts; update bank core system.
• Approve new customers and accounts in the system; assist with processing updates.
• Maintain department logs for audit trails (CDD, new customers, etc.).
• Assist with special projects as required by management.
