Job summary

Bci Miami is seeking a Documentation Analyst to conduct account onboarding reviews and CDD updates in compliance with US regulations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong analytics, and independent judgment.

The analyst will maintain logs, approve new accounts, and support special projects while meeting SLAs and regulatory standards in a dynamic banking environment in Florida.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3–4 years of BSA/AML analyst experience in banking.
Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act required.
Fluency in English and Spanish at least intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Adhere to US regulatory requirements in all duties.
Review and approve account onboarding documentation per SLAs.
Conduct CDD reviews and maintain audit logs.
Maintain compliance with branch policies and procedures.
