Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II (Hybrid) to serve as the primary contact for international customers, distributors, freight forwarders, and internal teams. You will manage export accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely, accurate shipments with a focus on customer experience.

The role requires 2-3 years in Import/Export, strong communication, and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle/GTMS/Salesforce).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Import/Export.
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and export regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, GTMS, or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Familiarity with AES filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer shipment process for international/export accounts from shipment readiness to delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Planning, Shipping, Transportation, Trade Compliance, Credit, Sales) to resolve issues.
• Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, government certificates) and AES filings.
• Work with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and logistics providers to ensure successful shipment execution.
• Support external/internal customers with the international shipment process with urgency and accountability.
• Strive for 80/20 overserve strategies across responsibilities.
• Promote continuous improvement within the Logistics Department.
• Meet KPIs and development goals.
• Share knowledge and support cross-team collaboration for issue resolution.
• Additional duties as assigned.
